LOCATIONS

Chatham, Ontario

In operation since 1998, the Chatham distillery uses locally sourced corn and proprietary processes to produce a variety of alcohols manufactured without the use of antibiotics. The distillery is strategically located with robust rail access that supports efficient shipping for customers across multiple markets and regions.

Chatham is home to one of our most innovative sustainability projects: the facility is collocated with a tomato greenhouse that uses both CO2 and low-grade steam from the distillery, lowering the carbon footprint and energy costs for both facilities.

Each year, the Chatham distillery produces approximately 200,000,000 liters of alcohol, 2,800 tons of corn oil, and 135,000 tons of DDGS, using about 490,000 tons of locally sourced corn—maximizing value from every bushel that enters the plant.
