Greenfield Global Expands UK Presence with New Distribution Capabilities for High Purity and Industrial Grade Alcohol

TORONTO, ON, September 19, 2025 – Greenfield Global Inc., a world leader in the production and supply of ethanol, high-purity alcohols, specialty solvents, custom-blended solutions, and sustainable biofuels, announced the launch of Greenfield Global UK Limited with hubs in strategic locations across the UK. This expansion complements the current distribution network by establishing local inventory to provide a consistent and reliable ethanol supply with shorter lead times for UK customers in the life science, flavor, fragrance, and industrial markets.

Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, and the only vertically integrated producer, manufacturer, and distributor of ethanol, Greenfield Global is able to leverage the Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement (CUKTCA) to deliver competitive advantages in quality control, regulatory expertise, and local customer support directly to UK businesses.

The new UK operation can directly respond to ongoing supply disruptions from local and European suppliers by securing consistent access to 99.9% high purity grain-derived alcohol, as well as technical grade and specialty alcohols. Through our UK entity Greenfield will continue to provide high purity solvents and GMP aqueous blends from its state-of-the-art facilities in Ireland and North America to pharmaceutical and biotech clients in the UK.
